Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 11 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Important Information
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 25 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. If you expect to arrive by car, you can access the hotel and the private parking spaces from Lindengasse 9, 1070 Vienna. Please note that Mariahilferstrasse is not accessible by car. From Monday to Friday, breakfast is served from 06:30-11:00, and on weekends, it is served from 07:00-12:00. Dogs and cats are allowed, max. weight 25kg. Limited availability, please contact the hotel before booking. A charge of 25 € per stay will be applied (max. 2 pets per room). Guide dogs free of charge.
